Meet Caroline Geverd

Caroline brings executive recruiting experience and firsthand knowledge of law firm operations. During her time at Discovery Search Partners, she completed more than 30 Director-to-C-suite placements in the life sciences industry.

Her background in law firm administration, paralegal work, and client intake gives her a practical understanding of the teams and workflows legal employers depend on.

She founded Geverd Search and Consulting LLC to provide ethical, strategic recruiting and consulting services, beginning with a focus on legal hiring and business support roles in law firms.
